Process Autopilot

Process Autopilot maintains the target of the process at the specified level by minimizing the effect of disturbances on the process.

Typical applications for the Process Autopilot are processes in which either the quality of the feedstock varies or external disturbances such as air or fuel moisture content, utility temperature and pressure need to be compensated for.

Process Autopilot use its models built using process data to calculate appropriate controls which will minimize effects of disturbances and bring process target to its setpoint. Process Autopilot can handle complex multivariate processes much more efficiently compared with human operator.
